Introductory Support

  • Can only be booked once per end customer
  • Additional support time: 3 € / minute (180 € / h)
  • Unused support time expires at the end of the month and will be used for product maintenance.

Professional Support

60 minutes per month included

1.980 € / Year

  • Available for installations up to max. 1000 Clients
  • Additional support time: 2,75 € / minute (165 € / h)
  • Unused support time expires at the end of the month and will be used for product maintenance.

Professional Plus Support

120 minutes per month included

  • Available for installations up to max. 1000 Clients
  • Additional support time: 2,50 € / minute (150 € / h)
  • Unused support time expires at the end of the month and will be used for product maintenance.

Enterprise Support

600 minutes per 3 months included

  • Additional support time: 2,25 € / minute (135 € / h)
  • Unused support time expires at the end of the 3 months and will be used for product maintenance.
