opsi-Server

Erol Ülükmen, Jan Schneider, uib gmbh

The first focus of the workshop is dedicated to the operation of opsi servers as (Docker) containers. We will present our new, official opsi 4.2 Docker image. Together with the participants, a usable opsi Docker environment will be put into operation. No Docker knowledge or experience in container operation is required to participate.

The second focus of the workshop is on the new universal command line tool opsi-cli. The current state of development will be presented and an insight into the plugin-based concept will be given. Together with the participants, application and configuration options will be explored and a small opsi-cli plugin will be created.
